So here’s how it works:

  • The 2022-23 Season will be an extended season due to covid disruptions across the event scene in Australia in late 2021/ early 2022.  This Season will run from 1 August 2021 to 27 March 2023  (with final results to be accepted by 11.59pm on 28th March 2023).   Events/ Results occurring after this date will qualify for the 2024 Season.
  • The League season will conclude with a Australian Masters Finals event, which will be held on 22-23 April 2023.
  • Invitations to the Australia League Masters Finals will be issued to the top ranked players based on their position in the National Ladder this season.   Formal Invitations are expected to issued on or around 30th March 2023.
  • The Location of Australian Masters 2022-23 will be announced after Call to Glory 2023 (CanCon).
  • Tournament Organisers can submit their tournament results to [email protected], including player name, position and army allegiance.  The preferred method is use the sheet linked below but please contact [email protected] to arrange any other convenient format to submit the data (eg google sheet,  extract from an event app etc).

Master Ladder Points:

For Season 2022-23, Masters League Ladders Points will be awarded as follows:

  – Major Event:  32+ players and 5-rounds+ = 100 league points for winner.

  – Sub-Major Event: 24-31 players and 5-rounds+ = 80 league points for winner.

  – Minor Event:  12-23 players and/or 1-dayers = 50 league points for winner.

– A “percentage proportional” system is used to calculate the League Ladder Points for other placings.

Events with game sizes of 2000pts+ and 3 rounds minimum are eligible for rankings points.  TO’s have wide discretion on the specific event rules used for their event as suited to their local communities and player base preference to run and grow events.    If there is any question on event legitimacy to be included in the League Ladders, please contact your State Masters Rep.

Each players League ladder score is the the sum of their top 3 scores out all of all the events they haved attended this season.

National Ladder, State Ladder and Faction Ladders

The National Ladder includes all events.

State Ladders are determined by event location, not the players home location.

Faction Ladders are based on the players top 3 results from using the Faction.

A couple of things to note:

  • only events where each individual’s results are tracked can be submitted eg. no doubles or teams events.
  • only TOs should submit results. It’s their prerogative to have their tournament in the League rankings and be part of the independant TO network that is the Leagues foundation.   The submission of results by the TO only is taken to reflect an explicit endorsement by the TO of the results accuracy and legitimacy.
  • should there be an issue with your results in the rankings, contact your TO so they can sort it out with us.
